"What is wrong and
how much will it cost ?"
We really try to answer these
questions when you call, and if you stop by we
look at the vehicle and even scan the computer
"AT NO CHARGE" to try and answer these
questions.
Our pricing structure is no different
than any other garage in town. We follow a standard
suggested repair pricing book. I have looked at
many repair invoices from other garages and in
most cases we would have been less. Where we really
save our customers money is by not spending money
guessing what is wrong with the vehicle. Our diagnostic
skills are second to none. Also more importantly
we do not sell you service you do not need and
we give you options on the service you do need.
One of best values that you
receive at Tommy's is the Peace of Mind in knowing
no matter what happens you will find us easy to
talk to and that we will always do the right thing.
Many times we have extended our warranty to cover
repairs that are as much as 3 years old. We want
you to know you can trust us.
A
note about LOW PRICE advertising. There is a company that
advertises $99.88 for a complete brake job. I
have had many of my customers go
there and get their real price and then come see
me, I guarantee our price will be considerably
less. I have even had customers with $600.00
estimates that did not need any brake work at
all. Also I run a add in the paper offering
$20.00 to anybody with a receipt for a $99.88
brake job. So far, I still have not seen a
receipt. The words "AS LOW AS" usually really
mean "Always More Than"
